Welcome to Jaffery Academy's Special Education Needs department, where every child’s potential is nurtured and celebrated. At Jaffery Academy, we believe that every student, regardless of their abilities, has a unique path to success. Our vision is rooted in the understanding that inclusivity and individualized support are at the core of an excellent education. Through collaboration with families, professionals, and our community, we ensure that each child receives the care, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
We are deeply committed to fostering a learning environment where diversity is respected, and differences are embraced. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to empower our students with the skills, confidence, and independence they need to navigate their world with pride. Together, we strive to build a future where every child’s abilities are recognized and their dreams are achievable.
At Jaffery Academy, we don't just teach, we inspire, and we are proud of the incredible journeys our students embark on each day.
Academics
At Jaffery Academy's Special Education Needs department, our academic programs are designed to meet the unique learning styles and abilities of each student. We offer a tailored curriculum that integrates both academic and skills-based learning to ensure students receive a holistic education. Our highly qualified staff works closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other specialists to create individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to each child’s strengths and challenges.
In addition to core academic subjects, we place a strong emphasis on life skills, social interaction, and vocational training to prepare our students for the world beyond the classroom. Our small class sizes allow for personalized attention and support, enabling students to thrive in a nurturing environment.
Over the 19 years, (began in 2005) we’ve celebrated numerous achievements, with many of our students progressing to higher education, employment, and independent living. Our commitment to excellence drives us to continuously improve and innovate, ensuring that every student is given the opportunity to reach their full potential.
